The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a corporate climate action organization that enables companies and financial institutions worldwide to play their part in combating the climate crisis.

SBTi develop standards, tools, and guidance which enable companies and financial institutions worldwide to take credible, science-based climate action. Resources are free for any organization to use via the SBTi website; companies and financial institutions that use them to set greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets can then have these targets validated through SBTi Services. Companies with validated targets, or which have committed to set them, are listed on the SBTi Target Dashboard.
